Pain after lunges and Squats?

Hello, i'm 21 and I've haven't worked out ever since high school. I'm trying to get in shape, so I had an appointment with a personal trainer on thursday. I was fine afterwards, with no pain except for pressure on my knees and legs. The next day I woke up with awful pain!!!! My knees buckle when I walk, and sitting down or going up the stairs is really painful. Today is Saturday, and I'm still in pain. My backside feels a lot better, but the front of my thighs are still killing me. I expected soreness, but this feels awful! Is this something I should worry about?

Severely enlarged tonsils with no pain?

Me and everybody that knows me have agreed that my tonsils are probably the gnarliest, nastiest looking tonsils they've ever seen. Not pus wise. My left one is pretty in flamed and has signs of yellowish streaks on it. Weird not clumps or of food just like yellowish whitish streaks all over the tonsil but its not that noticeable unless i look real closely in the mirror. The left one is not the problem. Although the right is one is so huge that it is literally dipped into my throat probably halfway, well at least thats how it feels. It is one huge puffy not hard but firm tonsil but when it ends on the bottom is another pink colored firm fleshy tonsil looking growth. They are both the exact same size almost and same color texture almost as if it is made of the same tissue/tonsil. But it is one then it gets a little smaller and another tonsil-looking lump hanging from it in to my throat. It doesnt hurt at all ever, not even to swallow. But it does feel like I have something lodged in my throat and it feels irritating to swallow saliva because nothing makes the feeling go away. Eventually it goes away on its own for a little while and comes back. Then sometimes I have trouble breathing through my mouth so it seems. It hurts if I press on it from the outside under my chin on the side under my jaw like on the neck you can feel the right one since it is so inflamed. I cant really see no pus on the right one but the other day I gargled salt water with a few drops of lime juice and I coughed up to little mushy yellow . They looked like tonsil stones but when I saw them I immediately squooshed them with my fingers to feel the texture. They easily pulverized into a mashed potato like substance that smelled awful. These were probably tonsil stones, I dont know. But the problem remains the super huge right tonsil. That looks like a pair of testicles almost. Im 17 I used to smoke cigarettes for almost a year, stupid of me ******* myself up so young, came to my senses and stopped. Hopefully the damage hasnt been officially done and its far away from cancer of the throat. But still I want these gone. Ive been prescribed ampicillin, penicillin (oral & injection), amoxicillin, salt & lemon gargles nothing works. I even went to an ancient mexican healer that healed swollen tonsils by "breaking" some nerves in the neck and arm. (last resort) My father was healed that way and never had problems with his tonsils ever again. But it did not work on me. Some doctors recommend a tonsillectomy but honestly i dont want to get rid of my tonsils, not so much because I need them but Im the kind of person that doesnt like something being ripped out of his body unless its a life and death situation. Im thinking of homeopathy. I dont know, what other options do I have?

Why has my Gynecomastia not gone away yet?

I developed Gynecomastia when I was 14 and it has been a burden to me for years. I am 19 years old now and it still is just as bad as when I was 16. Every doctor that I have ever went to about it (around 6 different doctors just this year) say that it should go away within 2 years from when it formed, but when I tell them it formed when I was 14 they just say, "well that's unfortunate". WTF? I haven't ever smoked pot, taken steroids, done anything that could encourage the gyno to stay longer, but it has not gone away. Let's just say my highschool years were a living hell. The lumps are the size of a quarter and about an inch thick from front to back, my are always puffy and huge they have been since I was 14 and they have always been very tender. I am not overweight at all, I'm actually very physically fit, I played highschool football, ran track, and cross country. I lift weights everyday, jog everyday but to no avail. My car's transmission shifts to neutral?

I would advise checking your transmission fluid before you take it to any body. The high g-force could be causing the fluid to move to another part of the transmission where it is not lubricating and doing what its supposed to be doing. Remember that the car has to be on when checking the fluid. If the fluid is full and clean then it sounds like the transmission is going out. Do you know if the current trany is the original or has it been replace before. If its the original it has had a long life and its probably ready to be replaced. My horse has a heart problem...?

My 24 year old mare has a heart murmur. Allergic Reaction to Penicillin - Prescribed Steriods, when will it end?

My 8 year old is allergic to penicillin, 12 days ago he was diagnosed with a pneumonia and given Omnicef. He did fine on the medication until after he was done taking the 10 day prescription. On day 11 he woke up with spots that soon would cover his whole body with welts or hives. I immediately took him to the doctor because I knew from the previous experience with penicillin what was going on and didn't want him to land in the hospital with an IV again. She prescribed steriods and antihistimines orally. The welts subsided for the afternoon, only to reappear today. He is still on the steriods. I was wondering how long we can expect to wait before the steriods actually start working, and the Omnicef will be out of his system? Anyone know?

Questions about DDWRT?

I have various hotspots in my neighborhood and was thinking of putting a linksys router on my wifi dish. My dish is mounted on a programmable TV rotor which I eventually want to mount on the roof. I would first like to know how user friendly the DDWRT firmware is. I recently bought a beta, a glow light tetra, and an upside down catfish. My upside down catfish seems to be healthy, he swims around, and chases my beta around the tank. However, when it comes to feeding even when the light is out and food is on the surface, he will either swim ped it, or he wont swim to the surface. So far he if fine just eating the stuff the stuff that falls to the bottom of the tank, and algae from the tank.

It sounds like she is just protecting her space, or feels trapped. Either way you dont want it to continue. But why is she in the crate locked up while other dogs are roaming? Try correcting just by saying No when she does this. You will have to pay more attention to whats going on to catch it as much as possible so you dont confuse her by only saying no sometimes.

As far as the cpu goes, you would never be able to tell the speed difference in the 2 unless you benchmark them. Stick with xp and read up on windows 7. You might be able to skip vista all together. I don't know about a specific code but I'm pretty sure that in all windows there is a system restore program in the accessories folder when you go to start and move to all programs. Also you can try and hold down f1, f2, or the delete key before the computer boots up and see if it gets you to a utility that will do this for you. (the ons though would be for a system recovery meaning anything you saved would be lost)- Also this most likely won't work unless you know you have a partitioned system or your computer came with some extra disks.

Me and a group of friends had a big disagreement with a friend, and last night she rang me apologising, telling me that she would love it if we could be friends again. I was wary, and had a right to be - earlier on in the day she had told another one of my friends that me and her had been speaking weeks ago over msn, basically stirring up the argument again and making it look as though I'm on her side - its clear that none of my group of friends have spoken to her since the disagreement. My dog ate my sons pacifier and i'm very worried?

I called the vet this morning because I woke three times last night to my dog vomiting. Each time good amounts of chewed up plastic from a infant pacifier and the silicone nipple that was still whole came up. I called the vet because from what I saw I think there is still one part of the binky missing and may be in her belly still. They told me to watch her very closely and she may have already began to digest it. They said unless she is not eating, drinking or acting 'normal' she may be ok and to try and check her stools. I am still VERY concerned. She seems to be fine other than still tired this morning, but I cant blame her because she was up most of the night vomiting.
