Question for black guy and mexicans?

I'm sorry I just had to ask why do black guy 'and mexicans have to sag there pants so low that's there boxer's are showing and why are they are wearing shirt's like dresses and alway's walkin down the street with there lound a*s phone or lound cars. and why are black females (not mexicnas) having these baby's at young ages as early as 16 and the farther of the child is not taking of them is these the new black america.
