Does a free verse poem have a "turn"?

I'm doing a poetic ysis of a free verse poem, but I wondered if "turn" was the appropriate term to use when the poem switched subjects and headed more towards its theme. I know in free verse poetry you can't scantion or clify it into meters or iambic like you can with sonnets or blank verse poetry, but what about a turn?
