Don't you feel bad for some coaches?

I mean many coaches were fired or will get fired soon. But often, those teams didn't have a special player. I mean, I can gurantee Brad Childress and Vikings would be last place in the NFC North without Adrian Peterson, Childress isn't even that great of a coach. So my question is, don't you feel bad for the coaches who got fired before getting a Peyton Manning or LT? I mean there are coaches like Mike Smith and John Haraunbrah (sry bad spelling) who coached well, but for some coaches, they didn't even have any talent. Many teams would be bad without their special player, and they would fire their coach
