HELP! How much will this bring my grade up?

Okay so I'm usually an A/B student, but this year I really struggled with my Biology cl and right now I have a D in it. I have my midterm tomorrow which is worth 20% of my grade, so I was wondering...If I do well on it, how much can it bring my grade up? Thanks in advance :]
