Should the Steelers trade Big Ben to the Raiders, where he will fit in better?

How does he "fit in" better with the Raiders. How many Raiders have been charged or convicted of serious crimes? Right now, he apparently would fit in perfectly with either the Bengals or the Cowboys, since both teams have a history of having players with run-ins with the law.
