No more speeding tickets?? I heard a radio commercial yesterday about a product. Can it be true?

It's called the Phazer II. When I heard it one the radio I didn't believe it, I thought it was like an SNL radio joke or something. But they kept saying that it's a product that jams the police's speed detector thing. If you get a ticket, they'll pay for it!!!! Can it be true, I'd like one. Can I trust it?
