Christians explain to me very clearly how do evolution and and christianity converge in life origin theory?

some people say they believe in evolution"to a point". i wnat to know if you believe in it fully. ( that we evolved from archaea and are related to all other animals on the planet evolutionarily) or do you only accept microevolution and not the supposed species saltations? do you see it as god molded life into archaea and let them simmer in the pot we call earth until there arose more biodiversity? how do you reconcile your faith with evolution?
