Do you consider it ignorant of me to call Saudi Arabia a repressive society?

Women are very repressed in Saudi Arabia. They cant drive cars, vote, go out with out covering all of their body but the eyes, cant go out alone with out a male escort. Its not a Muslim thing so don't think its Islam just the way it is in Saudi Arabia
