All the kos servers on my cod4 are ofline?

I have cod4 for pc on my windows 7 computer. I usually play on the K.O.S. servers, but now they just have white numbers in the left-most column and there is no ping. when i try to join it just goes through the countdown then tells me that (not word for word) i cant join the server cause its offline. please help!
