-Is it ok to por melted candels over my skin?

I heard that melted liquid melted candles are good for bone pain, by applying it on the pain part the heat sucks the pain..something like that so i thought if i can pour it over my heart it can soften the any pain of anger or uncomfortableness..is that tru??
