How i can get a job in Oil Refinery field in Fort Mcmurray,I don,t have any Canadian certificate.?

I am a new landed immigrant with high school i.e grade 12 and 3 years of apprenticeship in the trade of refinery process operation with 24 yrs of experience with lots of courses on safety,first aid and many more, in this field & like to work in crude oil refining field and down stream treatments ,but i don't have any qualification here in Canada,in this case can i get a job some where in Fort Mcmurray,plz help.
