Help on club penguin?

On club penguin when I go to buy something from the better igloo catalogue in the red collection, it says that a moderator has baned my account but it doesn't tell me how long. The weird thing is i can buy other stuff, just not stuff from the red collection. Does anyone know why. Please help.
