What's a good side dish for pot roast?

Creamy mashed potatoes... I make mine with yukon gold potatoes, leave the skin on, cut in half and boil until fork tender. Drain and add half a stick of er, 1 1/2 cup of sour cream, splash of milk, salt and pepper and mash. Serve the pot roast with the gravy and veggies over the mashed potatoes. Yummmmmm
