Adult adhd: I've been prescribed Dexedrine,Dexamphetamine is it bad for you?

Im on Pristiq and now Dexedrine for adult adhd,is Ritalin or Adderall better?i have dr amens type 6 adhd,impulsive,hyper etc.i do yoga, am health freak,feel stimulants meds might be bad for me.
