Skiing Snowboarding help please.?

I just recently landed a job at a ski shop, I have been skiing before but i have been snowboarding for about six years. I know a lot about snowboards but not that much about skiing. I need to be educated on everything about skis. I am pretty fimiliar with a snowboard. I just need to know the basics of skis so i can sell some. Any refrences to any website or book that would help me would be nce. Thanks!!
