Can I wear Suede Peep Toe heels during winter?

I'm going on a date this weekend. I don't know where but my most comfortable heels are peep toe and suede. It is winter and it might be a little chilly ... can I still wear the peep toe heels with a blazer and cute shirt yet still look cute and fashion forward?
